Baritone Amartuvshin Einkhbat (stage name Amartuvshin) was born on March 23, 1986 at Sukhbaatar, Mongolia.
He graduated from State University of Arts and Culture in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia (class of Professor Mrs. Tserenpil Eruu).
Since 2008 he is a leading soloist of the State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre of Mongolia.
Since 2011 Amartuvshin is an Honored Artist of Mongolia.
Amartuvshin was a prize-winner of numerous National and International opera competitions, including The Mongolian National Competition for Young Opera Singers (2009, II Prize), International Opera Competition «Baikal» in Ulan-Ude, Russia (2011, I prize), XIV Tchaikovsky Competition in St. Petersburg, Russia (2011, II prize and public award as the best male singer), OPERALIA, Beijing, China (2012, I prize), International Singing Contest Francisco Vinas, Barcelona, Spain (2013, II Prize, a special prize as “The Best Singer of Russian Music” and a special prize from “Associació d’Amics de l’Òpera de Sabadell”)
The singer performed in Romania (2008), China (2008), Italy (2010), South Korea (2011), Ukraine (2011), France (2011), USA (2011), Spain (2012).
